- Diagnostics are $135 and up and are always the customer’s responsibility.
- We perform digital vehicle inspections that include pictures, video, and written explanations before providing an estimate (when applicable).
- If the customer approves the repair, we cover the tow.
- If the customer declines the repair, they are responsible for both the diagnostic fee and the towing cost to the shop and towing cost to remove the vehicle from our shop.
